Row New Yorker Graduates from SUNY Buffalo

Fran started with Row New York at the beginning of her junior year. I knew her well because she spent most of her novice fall in the training barge and I spent most of my weekly coaching time with the novices in the barge. Fran was quiet and sports were very new to her. Slowly, but surely Fran transformed into a strong, lean, leader of the Row New York team. By the spring of her senior year a common refrain in the van or office was, "Fran, stop talking!" Our no longer quiet Fran headed off to SUNY Buffalo and graduated last month.
